Are the lighters you sell 100% authentic?
Yes, we use genuine Zippo lighter bases and transform them into unique custom art pieces through professional craftsmanship. Each lighter is carefully inspected to ensure quality, performance, and authenticity of the base product.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment center shortly after the order is completed.
We can cancel an order at no charge if we are notified within 12 hour of your order being placed. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for immediate assistance.
Email requests may not guarantee order cancellations, as they are handled in the order they are received.
Custom-made and personalized lighters cannot be cancelled once production has started, as materials and craftsmanship have already been arranged specifically for your order.
